For classification, the app temporarily retrieves a limited part of a new message and submits it to the configured Univia AI Gateway. Retrieved message text and subjects are not stored as an email archive. Work context you enter, preferences and sender rules are stored configuration.
Your Microsoft 365 administrator selects the permitted mailboxes. Portal access is bound to verified Microsoft identities and explicit roles. The connection does not request permission to send email.
The actual AI route, region, logging settings and processing agreements are checked before the pilot. This website makes no certification claim. Operational metadata is normally retained for 30 days and audit metadata for 90 days. Workflow records can be needed longer for scheduled returns and duplicate prevention.
Disconnecting stops automation and leaves mail and folders in Outlook. A deletion request removes app data within 30 days. Backup copies expire no later than 35 days after that. Billing records follow a separate retention policy.
The demo uses fictional messages and runs in your browser. We do not add advertising trackers. Account, payment and Microsoft details are handled through the application.
